Letter of Understanding

The following constitute the POINTS OF AGREEMENT between
Masterpiece Investments Corporation and (Organization Name)
in partnering to raise funds through an auction at the
(Name of Event) on (Date of Event).

MPI  agrees to produce, provide and deliver the MPI fine art masterpiece(s)
(‘Name of Sculpture’) and (‘Name of Additional Sculpture’ (if applicable))to be made available for bid on (Date of Event).

MPI  agrees to produce, provide and deliver fine art masterpiece(s) promotional materials including large, high gloss reader board, presentation script and informational program insert.

MPI  agrees to produce, provide and deliver 1) crating/packaging, 2) shipping/transportation, 3) masterpiece(s) insurance, applicable from transport through duration of event.

MPI  agrees to produce, provide and deliver a personalized, signed and stamped  Certificate of Authenticity to each MPI masterpiece collector.

MPI  agrees to bear all financial responsibility for production of 1) MPI masterpiece(s), 2) promotional materials, 3) crating/packaging, 4) shipping/transportation, 5) return shipping (if applicable), 6) insurance, 7) Certificate of Authenticity, 8) collector Certificate of Authenticity mailing.

(Name of Organization) agrees to 1) display and make available for bid MPI masterpiece(s) at fundraising auction, 2) return 50% of MPI masterpiece(s) purchase price(s) to MPI, 3) make available for pick-up/return-shipping said MPI masterpiece(s) should MPI masterpiece(s) fail to achieve designated, minimum bid of (Benefit Reserve for Sculpture #1), (Benefit Reserve for Sculpture #2).
